Living History: Artillery and Artificers at Fort Pitt Museum

Witness how artillerists at historic Fort Pitt prepared for cannon firings to defend the Point in the 18th century.
Artisans including tinners, turners, and blacksmiths will demonstrate and discuss how their trades contributed to 18th century artillery.

The Fort Pitt Museum cannon crew will fire the museum’s replica British six-pounder cannon throughout the day, weather permitting.
