NamastHay Goat Yoga: Fall Strange Roots Edition

The one-hour, all-levels class will be followed by plenty of time for goat photo opps and snuggles for yoga participants. Then relax with a complimentary Strange Roots draft or non-alcoholic Red Ribbon soda. The Hibachi Lou food truck will be on-site for post-practice nosh.
Bring your outdoor yoga mat or a beach towel for practice. Dress for the weather. We will provide natural insect repellent and hand sanitizer at the registration table. Indoor restroom facilities are available. Please arrive early to park, check in, and get settled before class begins.
Everyone in the NamastHay field must have purchased a ticket. No exceptions.
Age requirements for this NamastHay: Children age 8 and older are welcome to participate in the yoga class, with a parent or guardian. NamastHay is not a good fit for younger kiddos. Maximum of 2 paid children with each paid adult, please. Our goal is to provide a peaceful, bliss-filled outdoor experience for all participants.

12:30 - 2:00 PM NamastHay Yoga class
2:15 PM Those hard-working, hard-playing NamastHay goats head back to their barn!
