Teen Baking Camp ages 13-18

Hands on baking camp for teens ages 13-18. During the week students will make a wide variety of baked goods, including pies,cakes and breads

Everyday of this camp covers a different type of baking. Day one we make a variety of cookies and bars. Day 2 we move onto breads. Day 3 we teach them how to make their own pastry and create delicious pies with it. Day 4 covers cakes from Chocolate to Carrot and Day 5 rounds out the week with all things yeast!! Class sessions are 3 hours every day
