In this course, you will learn how to work through your emotions with writing and journaling. Through prompts and discussion, you will experience the power of words.
In addition, we'll launch a social media page where we will post our thoughts and perspectives in hopes of helping other teens find comfort.
With this program, not only will you help yourself, but you will help other teens feel less alone.
You will also learn to create and design your own personal blog where you can post your writings and inspire others.
Together, we can reach many and create a strong and healthy community. We can make a change through our words!
