ZOOmba & Zen - Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium

Find your Zen during our one hour Kundalini Yoga class designed for all levels of yogis from beginner to advanced. This class will guide you through a series of gentle yoga poses to help you release your stress and calm your mind while strengthening your body. Or zoom your way through the Zoo to our ZOOmba class, a high-energy, cardiovascular workout that will energize your body and uplift your soul. All levels welcome! Participate in the entire 5-part series or select the package that works best for you. Choose the entire 5-class package, including both yoga and ZOOmba, the 3-class yoga package, the 2-class ZOOmba package, or participate in individual classes that best fit your schedule.

Registrants can enter the Zoo at 4 p.m.
Class begins at 6 p.m.
Registration begins April 4.

There is a $1 processing fee per class
