Auditions for Taming of the Shrew

*The event has already taken place on this date: Wed, 03/27/2024
Taming of The Shrew is known as perhaps the most controversial and audacious play Shakespeare put to paper. So, why not push that boldness even more? Instead of a man taming “his” woman, what if it’s a woman taming “her” woman? With the scene of New York City’s back alley streets and run-down neighborhoods in the 1990’s, we see two women falling in love, and the unfolding story portrays one human bringing down another human; regardless of gender.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
