Halloween Party at Sugar Plum Parties - Pittsburgh

Do you love Halloween as much as we do? Come down and celebrate with us! We will start off with some fun temporary tattoos and sparkly manicures then a fun dance party and a craft. We will have a costume contest and individual candy bags to take home! Only $25 a child.
