Please review your contract and send in the products that apply to you. If you have questions about your contract or product delivery, please contact your Client Services Manager for further assistance.
Newsletter paragraphs
- Due one week prior to start date
- Approximately 110 words, a 250 x 250 pixel square graphic in jpeg, png or gif format + a link back to your website. Note: Avoid using excessive text on the square graphic, as too much can reduce readability.
- If you need to change the date, please let us know an alternative Thursday. Note: Special editon newsletters CANNOT be rescheduled.

E-blasts
- Due as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days prior to the start date.
- Our Communications Director, Katie Beltramo (katie@kidsoutandabout.com), will work on this with you start to finish. You’ll receive an email from Katie with specific instructions to follow.
- E-blasts include 5-8 paragraphs including several graphics.
- Note: E-blasts listed in your monthly reminder emails may already be in process; that stays in an unexecuted state until it is officially finalized, approved, and queued to be sent.
Save the Dates & Homepage Features
- Post your event to the KOAA calendar as soon as possible.
- Email your Client Services Manager the link to your KOAA event. They will schedule your extra visibility.
