MLK, Jr. Day Community Celebration at Pittsburgh Glass Center

Families are invited to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day at PGC. Learn about glass, and enjoy hands-on activities that demonstrate the importance of teamwork in the creative process!
Glassblowing and flameworking demonstrations will be ongoing throughout the day (a sign language interpreter will be provided).
Explore our 20th anniversary exhibition, Gathered Locally, featuring the work of over 70 local glass artists.
Learn about glass art with our fun self-guided tour and a scavenger hunt for the little ones.
Bring a book to share in our Little Free Library.
