New Brighton Halloween Parade

New Brighton will host their annual Halloween Parade on Wednesday, October 23. The parade will begin at 6:30 PM and travel Third Avenue to Townsend Park.

To accommodate the parade, Third Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic from Fifth Street to Sixteenth Street from 5:45 PM until the parade concludes. Side streets will remain open, but without access to Third Avenue.
