Sparkling Creek
Nature immersion summer camp where children's sense of deep connection to themselves, to one another and to the land are at the core. Campers will learn about ecology, environmental conservancy, storytelling, and art - by the lovely Fall Run creek.

We'll create a daily rythm where children can learn, play and rest, all outdoor. Our activities include:
- Morning hike in mindfulness: to wake up senses and talk about plants and animals, to be present with our body and the place
- Rest stop with storytelling that features ecology stories from imaginative ecology education resources
- Art and craft that blend with nature: watercolor, structure building (sticks fort, rocks mandala), leaves and flowers print, etc. Or something that our children invent and suggest.
- Lunch and free play (Please pack your kiddo's lunch)
- sit spot and nature journaling: we'll sit down, open our minds and hearts to observe, we'll sketch, color or write in our notebooks about what's there and what's inside
Of course, we'll hold space for spontanenous discoveries, child-led exploration, and doing-nothing.
