Young Actors Summer Studio 2023

Open to student actors of ALL experience levels ages 10-14, we will cover a wide range of topics that will serve as both an excellent introduction to or review of acting. A great time of friendship, laughter, and personal growth is what it’s all about!

At Saltworks, every student’s individual experience is important to us. Along with acting skills, we emphasize developing personal character and working as an ensemble. Our philosophy is “process over product”, which means that we value the individual journey and success of each student more than the final performance. Actors of all levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to grow and learn at their own pace.
After warm-ups and theater games, students will be introduced to new theatrical skills each week such as ensemble building, character development, improvisation, monologues, scene study, creative movement, and more. Each week will bring new challenges and surprises!
