Arsenal Family and Children's Center

Arsenal Family & Children's Center is a developmental preschool and social service agency that has been providing essential services for 70 years. Founded by Dr. Benjamin Spock, the center offers a range of programs designed to promote healthy child development through play. Their services cater to children from birth through age 10, with specific class sizes for different age groups. For 3-5 year-olds, classes accommodate up to 15 children, while 2-3 year-old classes are limited to 6 children. The center is accredited by the National Association for Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and holds a Pennsylvania Keystone Star 4 Facility status, ensuring high-quality care and education for young children and their families
