Azure provides FREE, interactive, sensory friendly, ALL BEHAVIORS WELCOME concerts by professional musicians for families living with autism and related challenges (but open to ALL in the community). Since many with autism (or related challenges) cannot attend traditional music performances due to uncontrollable vocalizations or physical movements, Azure Concerts aim to create a fun and engaging musical environment whereby such behaviors are not frowned upon, but are accepted, embraced and celebrated. Each concert consists of 45 minutes of music followed by a 15 minute instrument petting zoo. Azure Concerts are sponsored by Autism Society of Pittsburgh, Band Together Pittsburgh, and 'N Stuff Music.
