Christmas Bird Count

December 30 - North Park - Christmas Bird Count - 7:30 am to 11 am, and/or 1:15 to 4 pm. Celebrating its 118th year, the Christmas Bird Count is an annual early-winter bird census, where thousands of volunteers across North America go out to count birds. Participate in this valuable documentation of bird species for North Park. Individuals and groups of all ages are welcome. Call 724-935-2170 to see how you might assist. Cost: Free. No internet registration, phone registration only. Location: Rose Barn.
