Hope Road-Youth Grief Program

Founded in 2020, Hope’s Road (formerly known as Youth Bereavement Care) grew by addressing the need to find innovative ways to reach grieving children, teenagers, young adults, and their families. Hope’s Road provides FREE programs and services, including grief-focused events, individualized support, free grief books and emotional expression activity packets, year-round connection with bereavement and spiritual coordinators, as well as with other families who are also grieving, and much more.
