We are a holistic wellness studio located in the heart of Mount Lebanon, offering services such as yoga, acupuncture, massage therapy, and more. In addition to these services, we also offer children's programming that introduces kids to the yoga environment in a fun yet structured way. For younger children (3-6), we offer Mommy & Me Yoga once a month and for older children (6+), we offer a yoga program twice a year.
Twice a year, we offer a multi-week kids program. This is typically for ages 6-9 and held on a weeknight from 4-5pm. We also hold Mommy & Me yoga classes once a month for ages 3-6.
