 Steel City Rowing Club |
Rowing Camp for ages 11-18 held at Steel City Rowing Club Boathouse in Verona. This rowing day camp is a program for those who want to learn or improve their knowledge and skills in the sport of rowing! Sessions available for both Development and Competitive instruction.

 Gemini Children's Theatre |
Creative Fun! Our 5-day workshops provide hands-on experience in a real theater. Under the guidance of theater professionals, each group creates, writes, produces, and performs their show on the last day.

 Steel City Rowing Club |
Steel City Rowing Club offers an outdoor day camp along the Allegheny River in Verona for kids ages 8-12! Campers can expect to explore the river and Sycamore Island, connect with the water via swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, and having fun on the docks and around the boathouse. Indoor activities include games, crafts, and group activities.

 Venture Outdoors |
POV – you’re in the woods with your fellow campers, and it’s on you as a team to make it out. You will need to build fires, filter water, forage food, and build a shelter. Each “Survivor” will master campfire cooking (with basic fire safety woven in) and become fluent in Leave No Trace principles. You’ll also hike, geocache, and kayak through North Park. All of this PLUS the adventure, fun, and friendships cultivated at summer camp.

 Venture Outdoors |
POV – you’re in the woods with your fellow campers and everyone’s phone is DEAD. You’ll have to navigate using a compass (on land and while kayaking), build fires, filter water, forage food (and hang it in a bear bag!), construct a shelter, and survive until someone with a portable charger finds you. Campers will learn all the skills listed above while building relationships by completing a team survival challenge. You’ll do plenty of hiking and kayaking around North Park.

ASCEND's camps are designed to grow strong minds and bodies in our region's youth. Caring, experienced ASCEND counselors will guide children through fun and developmentally appropriate activities, such as bouldering, top-rope climbing, yoga, slacklining, and more!

Learn to lead and facilitate successful outdoor activities experientially – nothing theoretical here. You’ll be kayaking, fishing, and outdoors-ing your way to a useful new skill set. Kids cuddle fluffy bunnies, hold chirping chicks, play with whimsical goats on "goat mountain". Whip up culinary delights like ice cream, butter, homemade strawberry jam or pickles from items grown on the farm. Riding horses is often the highlight of the week, but it is hard to choose! Spend the hot sunny afternoons exploring the eco system of Raccoon Creek. Our farm has a unique blend of fun, education and adventure. This is experience that your child will never forget!

Explore how people historically traveled long distances, such as with sailboats crossing the rivers and oceans, covered wagons traveling the Oregon Trail, and riding from the country into the big city aboard an electric streetcar. Play popular games from days of old, then get hands-on with traditional arts and crafts. Make historic recipes for different foods and candy and grow your own fruits and vegetables!

Shake up a flask of fun in the lab as a junior chemist! This hands-on and interactive program of chemistry for children ages 5-12 is packed solid with cool reactions. Students put on goggles and change liquid to solid and back again. They get to handle laboratory tools, build and break molecules, and pick up some tricks on chemical changes.

 RMU Basketball Day Camp |
Boys entering grades 2nd - 9th. Camp runs 9am - 4pm each day. This camp is designed to provide campers with skill development and instruction directly from the RMU coaching staff and players, all within RMU Basketball facilities. Campers will have opportunities to compete in drills, work as a team in 5-on-5 competitions, and win contest prizes. Each camper will receive a T-Shirt and Basketball.

From the earliest flying machines to the first rocket flights, this hands-on program will allow campers to build many different flying devices. Junior test pilots will launch a variety of flying machines. You are cleared for takeoff!
